The watch has Quartz movement with nine Interval timers from the chronograph controls. A training log stores your workouts for later recovery and tracking of your exercises. One of the slick features of this watch is it’s Indiglo night-light. Featuring the Timex Flix system easily activates the Indiglo light by simply flicking your wrist. The Indiglo night-light lights up the surface of the watch dial with a blue electro-luminescent lighting that is cool to look at.
The night-light uses less battery power than other watch illumination systems, giving your watch battery longer life span. To activate the Night Mode light you simply hold any button for 3 seconds until it beeps.
