I love it that it tastes sweet and creamy, perfect for my sweet tooth. I drink Slim Fast Low Carb twice a day. One after my daily workout, then another glass during dinner time. Instead of going for a full course meal for dinner, I just drink Slim Fast Low Carb diet. A glass of it serves as my dinner. The results are very satisfactory. I slimmed down faster and I don’t have any problems with the drink as well. There are no side effects and whatsoever. This one is really good and tastes better than other slimming drinks. I love it! After my workout, I also drink a glass of it, since working out really makes me feel hungry. Good thing there’s Slim Fast Low Carb for me. I highly recommend this product for its effectiveness. I actually like the Chocolate Royale a little better, but this is still worthy of 5 stars. I feel like I'm getting a treat when I have one. It's supposed to help keep you feeling full longer ("Optima" - up to 4 hours), but I still get hungry after having one....but then again, I always feel hungry! I like the fact that you're getting lots of vitamins/minerals when you have one too. I love chocolate and this hits the spot. I actually like the Chocolate Royale a little better, but this is still worthy of 5 stars.
