I actually like the Chocolate Royale a little better, but this is still worthy of 5 stars.I feel like I'm getting a treat when I have one. It's supposed to help keep you feeling full longer ("Optima" - up to 4 hours), but I still get hungry after having one....but then again, I always feel hungry! I like the fact that you're getting lots of vitamins/minerals when you have one too. I love chocolate and this hits the spot.
