I’ve been taking Numia for a week and so far no weight loss. It does help to curb appetite so you eat less. That’s the only thing I notice at all and I don’t eat much to begin with. Will provide updates but so far nothing.

numia enabled me to gain control over my appetite for smaller portions. simple to eat less burn more fat but can be impossible if you can’t get full on the smaller portions.

I was attracted to numia because of it natural ingredients and all of the positive numia reviews i found on the internet. Ive been using this supplement for several weeks now and can say it really works. im recommending numia to all of my close friends who want a little extra help to lose weight. One thing i did notice was a little restlessness and lack of sleep the first few days of use, but it quickly passed. Now Im full speed ahead and dropping more weight each week, so i couldnt be happier.

I’ve been taking Numia everyday for the past two weeks and have lost almost ten pounds. Couldn’t be happier now that it’s almost bikini time, I know in a few more weeks ill be ready. I’m also watching my diet too and staying pretty active… btw
