Since everyone's metabolism is different when it comes to burning carbs it's hard to say .In my experience it worked well for me but not for my wife. However this product should not be thought as a ticket to eat what ever you want. I'm very careful with the amount of processed carbohydrates I eat and when I did eat too many of them I noticed slight gains.
