The biggest question I had before buying carb intercept is how much does it block. Since everyone’s metabolism is different when it comes to burning carbs it’s hard to say .
In my experience it worked well for me but not for my wife. However this product should not be thought as a ticket to eat what ever you want. I’m very careful with the amount of processed carbohydrates I eat and when I did eat too many of them I noticed slight gains. When I took the product as instructed I did notice a slow weight loss over time, so I recommend it.
