The unit breaks down and can store easily. The gazelle doesn't have a motor to maintain and it has variable intensities and I enjoyed working out with it.The workouts it provides is a gliding motion that is gentle on the knees and great for anyone who is getting back into physical fitness or worried about a previous knee injury.
