A few years ago, I lost over 60 pounds by using this as my breakfast on a daily basis. I use it now in a maintenance mode and mix it with water and a variety of frozen fruits to create the most delicious fruity drink ever. It keeps me full for at least 3-4 hours until lunchtime. I've tried other powders which have an 'off' taste, but this one has no strange aftertaste whatsoever. If I'm using a less sweet fruit such as raspberries, I'll ad a tbsp. of agave nectar and voila, ABSOLUTE PERFECTION... I absolutely love DESIGNER WHEY FRENCH VANILLA Protein Powder.
