I was a little weary after some of the negative reviews I read here and was worried about the accuracy and overall consistency of the results given by the FatTrack. I’ve even resorted to taking the same measurements and readings three times just to be sure that the readings were reasonably accurate.

However, my fears were totally unfounded. The product gives consistent results time and time again with little deviation (other than accounting for fat loss or fat gain of course).

I would suggest that those having problems with inconsistent results should ensure that they test themselves at the same time each day.

Amazing!!! I absolutely love this diet.

I’ve never had results like this before. The “instant” results are what keep you motivated. The food is good and you get to choose it. All this for the price of a single trip to Weight Watchers. Crazy. I already dropped a dress size in the first 11 days, and I know others who’ve had the same result

I started my diet unassisted by any supplements and lost 34 lbs by the end of December. However, I had hit a plateau that I could not seem to bust through.

You’ll have a difficult time finding better quality chia seeds than this.

I’ve been eating chia seeds daily for over 5 years. I bought my first bags from a company who was the first and only online distributer at the time. There wasn’t even a certified organic chia farm back then. I was happy to see chia take off in recent years.

In my opinion, chia seed is the world’s greatest seed, superior to flax seed – not only in nutrition, but also taste.

Having tried chia seeds from a handful of companies, I feel that Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds are one of the best out there.

Yes this is the watch featured in the movie Stranger than Fiction , but more on that later. . . . This is a nice and slisyth watch that you can wear pretty much anywhere. The price comes at a very modest ~$60 line, which is a great value and a nice failsafe gift for those in need. Features – Backlight, Lap timer, chronograph and alarm along with the regular watch mode which displays time, date, and day of the week. Weaknesses backlight seems to favor power saving with a very unimpressive but functional light. You can read the time, but don’t expect anything flashy. Alarm is utterly USELESS. Only a faint repetitive beeping noise that goes on for about 15 beats. Completely inaudible on a crowded street and useless for waking you up. Watch is HEAVY. For those that like a sturdy feel, this is good, but don’t expect to forget you’re wearing this watch. On the bright side, my left arm needs a little more workout than my right. Disappointments related to the movie The watch looks the same from the outside, but feature-wise is very different and I’m not talking about it’s life saving capabilities (though it may be sturdy enough to stop a bullet) If you notice in the movie, the backlight is BLUE and the watch shines the backlight while beeping to awake Crick. This feature doesn’t exist. Biggest dissappointment for me was that the analog and digital watch AREN’T CONNECTED like in the movie. That cool scene where Howard was fixing his time with just the analog dial not happening. You have to set each one manually, and for some reason they don’t like to stay exactly in sync. Bottom line- Judging by price and style alone, you should be adding this watch to your cart now! Just don’t expect any revolutionary features and you’ll be a happy camper. Personally, I would pay a bit more just to get a more exact representation of the watch in the movie, but overall I’m happy with the quality of the watch I have.

(Paperback) Sams Teach Yourself Google AdWords’ is a good source on how to use the mrtiaeal. However, since it provides a low-level view, it is best read in conjunction with Michael Todd’s Ultimate Guide to Google AdWords’ a higher-altitude explanation. As for the ’10 Minutes’ that’s pure hype, it takes much longer. My biggest problem the screen shots are difficult to read because of their size. Google Apps (briefly referenced) costs $50/user/year and has an uptime guarantee of 99.9%. The book suggests using the Automatic Billing option when first starting AdWords, contrary to Todd’s advice. Author also points out that AdWords and search-engine-optimization complement each other; however, he recommends starting with AdWords because it is more straightforward and the results easier to track.
