We struggled with our high-energy spaniel yelping in her pen starting at sun-up and going non-stop until she got fed. This unbearable situation had me at my wits end. But then, after about 4 months, it started leaking slightly from the spray nozzle, and shortly after failed altogether. I called customer service. They politely asked for a description of the problem, promptly said that it was a warranty repair and got my address. A free replacement appeared on my doorstep in 48 hours, including a refill bottle, a fresh battery, and a postage-paid return envelope for the failed unit. The price seemed steep, but the results were well worth the cost.
This product worked the best out of anything that I tried except I have the same problem the person in the previous post had and I can’t find a customer service number anywhere on-line.
