Unlike many other protein type shakes this one has a really unprocessed taste that blends well and is creamy and tastes good.If you're looking for a nutritious shake with pro-biotics digestive enzymes and 22 grams of whey protein this is agood choice. I just recently found out it also contains Green Tea Extract which as you may know has been used for centuries as an energy booster, and has been shown to have tons of beneficial qualities. Overall I'd say these are the best tasting protein shakes on the market with a lot of healthy ingredients. I drink one for breakfast everyday and its the ideal early morning before work snack. If you want a nice desert type snack you just put the protein powder in a blender add some water, and about 8-10 ice cubes and voila you have a icy drink that tastes great. Another thing I like about this shake is the powder mixes easily with water. This is a must for people like me who enjoy their drinks lump-free. Best wishes!
